Problem
The school needed social, learning, chat, and files in one place — not five tools.
Constraint
Two developers, first real production system, quality could not slip mid-delivery.
Decision
Ship the full platform while taking extra courses in parallel to keep the architecture honest.
Outcome
5K+ users, 50+ schools, 10K+ daily active users.
